KAYS has been established since 1985 as a partnership, then changing to a limited company in 1997. KAYS has always been a family business committed to offering an excellent service through many years of experience and determination. KAYS management strives to build relationships with clients to ensure the best possible service in order to meet and maintain the highest expectations.

KAYS staff aim to provide a high quality service to our clients and achieve this aim through development of our operatives and a structured training programme. New operatives receive an induction training and then are enrolled onto our training programme which includes 12A/B and D Sector Scheme Certification. All operatives are regularly monitored both internally and externally. Those operatives with potential, progress on to Section 12 Foreman’s course or go on to take the HGV licence and 12 C High Impact Protection Certificate.
